Once a week, we like to highlight what some of our readers are wearing.
Once of the compelling things about our group of readers around the world, is that they tend to carry a similar sense of style, even those in very disparate locales. By this I don’t mean a specific aesthetic or genre of dressing, but rather a common code of what it means to dress well. There’s an appreciation for quality and longevity, of course, but also sense of exploration and fun. Many readers have taken the broad outlines of good style and painted in their own details through fit, color, fabric, and other personal touches. As well, they dress for their own location, climate, and environment.
Aaron (@aaronhu722) in Taipei is dressed for summer in a towel shirt, creased chinos, and loafers. Cedric (@mensweardogg0) in France is soaking in the sun in a dad hat, checked sport coat, chambray, and Tyrolean shoes. Sam (@herr_storm) is enjoying the cool streets of Stockholm in a cashmere scarf, dark overcoat, striped shirt, loose trousers, and bluchers. Finally, @groucho_fits is playing in his garden in England in a burgundy overshirt, polo, jeans, and derbies.
