Louise over at Catwalk Threads has a nice post on Adamley, one of the few remaining printers in Macclesfield, England, where some of the world’s best printed silks are produced. She was invited to take a tour of Adamley’s factory after finding a second-hand tie at a charity shop (which was made out of Adamley silk) and publishing a post about her score. This post on the factory tour has some lovely photos of Adamley’s operation, as well as some interesting information about how the company does what it does.
