A few items that I’ve found to be really useful in my own wardrobe popped up on eBay this weekend. To start, there’s a tan 60/ 40 mountain parka from Sierra Designs. I have the same model, but in orange, and like to wear it with Shetland sweaters and chinos when the weather is a bit wet or windy. There’s also a suede pair of Edward Green’s Dover, which I think would look great with a some grey flannel trousers and a brown or navy sport coat, as well as a Drake’s Fair Isle scarf that I’ve found to look nice with a simple peacoat.
Additionally, our friend the RJ cat contributed to today’s roundup. He’s always able to find the most interesting and unusual things, such as this issue of Homefurnishing Arts, bottle of Turnbull & Asser cologne, and a vicuna/ mink coat that was apparently made for bajillion-trillion-aires.
