eBay Roundup

Really saddened to hear over the weekend that Community Clothing’s factory was robbed. For those unfamiliar, Community Clothing is a new project from Patrick Grant (handsome dude extraordinaire, and proprietor behind Norton & Sons/ E. Tautz).

Last year, Patrick bought the Cookson & Clegg clothing factory in Blackburn, England, saving it from closure. Much like other clothing factories, this one suffered from the spring/ summer and fall/ winter fashion calendar. That means there are times when the factory is really busy, then other times when it’s almost dead.

To smooth out the production schedule, Patrick’s new factory has a house line called Community Clothing. It’s a direct-to-consumer line sold at affordable prices. That means things such as $82 raw denim jeans and $75 Scottish lambswool sweaters. Basic stuff with simple designs, but well-made and produced in the UK from good materials.

Very annoyed to hear that thieves would rob a place like that.

The good news though is that you can find Community Clothing’s items on eBay. There’s stuff for men and women, and the return policy is reasonable. Detailed measurements also save you from second-guessing your size. You can take a look at the shop here.

As usual, if you’d like to find more menswear gems on eBay, we’ve got some great customized search links. We’ve made them so you can quickly hone-in on high-end suits, good suits, high-quality shirts and fine footwear.
