I’m having a hard time resisting this San Francisco Seals varsity jacket from Ebbets Field Flannels right now. A little bummed it’s a wool blend and not all wool, though it’s very reasonably priced at $199. As a native San Franciscan living in Los Angeles, I’m always looking for ways to rep the Sco, but the Giants’ orange and black is distinctly difficult to wear. The Seals’ navy-and-white is a lot easier. Besides, I grew up a lot closer to Seals Stadium than I did to Candlestick (even if Seals Stadium was the San Francisco Automall when I was a kid).
