Our shooter-editor Ben Harrison loves making artisinal cocktail bitters, and has started his own bitter brand, Hella Bitter. The bitters are great – I don’t drink, but a dash of the citrus variety is wonderful in a Dr Pepper, and of course bitters and soda are a standby.
