Once a week, we like to highlight what some of our readers are wearing.
The concept of a uniform can be a useful one. It allows us to streamline our manner of dress in order to focus on other priorities. It gives us a reliable base that we can fall back on when life is overwhelming. But, it also gives us a starting point to put our own twist on things – to be creative in a self-limited palette.
Hsinhan (@hsinhan_seatheworld) is out on the streets in a vintage USMC jacket and trousers, brown turtleneck, neck scarf, and cap. Bo (@byang09) is looking comfy in a custom cashmere jumpsuit with black suede details, along with brown chukkas and a knit wool hat. Jim (@jims.whims) is keeping it simple with a jean jacket layered over an olive boilersuit and sneakers. Finally, @borasification has the uniform down to a T with a gray textured wool suit, black knit shirt, black socks, black loafers, and a dark hat and intercollar.
