Once a week we like to highlight what some of our readers are wearing.
Getting ready to dress for holiday parties can be a little bit fraught. The temptation is there to simply find an ugly reindeer sweater and call it a day; or, for the less bold, stick to the tried and true staples of a basic suit and tie. But with a little bit more thought and creativity, one can reflect the joy of the season without veering into joke gift territory.
Сергей (@ugly_writer) tunes a classic navy blazer and tan trousers to the season with a bright red shetland and green striped tie. @bienlueinapris dresses down a ruddy red corduroy suit with a striped multicolor shirt and brown loafers. Michaël (@maninwave) is draped in rich velvet in a bottle green, along wiht a tartan scarf and black loafers. Finally, Jason (@jasonyang1227) keeps a plaid jacket seasonal with warm corduroy trousers and rugged suede shoes.
