The other night, some friends and I went out for some fancy Italian pizza, and afterwards played Bocce behind the restaurant. It was really quite nice – they have a natural soil court, much like this one, next to a chicken coup and an antique store.
Most importantly, I greatly enjoyed that this was a sport I could play in clothes I actually like to wear – tropical wool trousers, button up shirt, sport coat, and loafers. Leave it to the Italians to come up with another thing that I love.
