For readers in and around San Francisco, Gentlemen’s Footwear is hosting a three-day trunk show this week. The event is being held at the Grand Hyatt hotel, located at 345 Stockton Street across from Union Square (just ask the concierge for the Gentlemen’s Footwear trunk show and the person will direct you to the room). Hours are Friday after 3pm; all day Saturday; and Sunday until noon. Appointments are recommended, but everyone is encouraged to drop by to say hello.
Steve, the shop’s founder, tells us he’ll have sport coats from B&Tailor, the new fall/ winter collection from Drake’s, Orazio Luciano’s made-to-measure service (which will include the shop’s in-house tailor Sam taking measurements), NOMOS Glashütte timepieces, and footwear from makers such as Edward Green and Carmina. Pictured above are some of the new B&Tailor sport coats, which look to be built with a soft shoulder and an expressive lapel roll.
You can reach Steve by phone at (714) 865-5754 or by emailing him at info@gentlemensfootwear.com.
For those who can’t make it to the trunk show, Gentlemen’s Footwear just dropped the prices in their sale section. Take an additional 15% off already-discounted items with the checkout code extra15. They also just updated their list of last pair clearances and discounted floor models.
