Our Beloved Sponsors

We feel very fortunate to have companies sponsor our independent site, so twice a month, we like to give them a quick “thank you" for their support. This month, our sponsors include Ledbury, The Hanger Project, Frank Clegg Leatherworks, and Compass Rose Design.

Ledbury has a special promotion this month where they’re launching a new short-run shirt every day for the month of October. This is similar to what they’ve always done – put out a “core” collection that stays with them throughout the season, and then release a limited run of creative designs every two weeks – but this time, it’s on a bit of hyper drive. Being that it’s fall, this 31-day collection will include some very seasonal fabrics, such as the autumnal checks you see above. Two of those have already been released, while the third will be coming soon (I swore to secrecy I wouldn’t say when).

The Hanger Project is also having a special promotion. They just launched a redesign of their website, and are offering people a chance to win one of five $250 gift certificates. To be entered into the drawing, just submit any proofing errors you see on the site to promotions@hangerproject.com. The gift certificate can be used on things such as The Hanger Project’s line of high-end wooden hangers, Saphir shoe care supplies, closet organization accessories, or personal grooming products.

Our third sponsor is Frank Clegg Leatherworks. Last we checked in with Frank, some website just completed a short video on him and his workshop in Fall Rivers, Massachusetts. His company combines exceptionally high-quality materials with simplicity in design. This tie case, for example, could be useful for the frequent traveler, while this English briefcase (which Frank designed over thirty years ago) could serve as a handsome daily carry. For more affordable items, there are also these small leather goods that start at $40.

Finally, we want to thank Compass Rose Design for their continued support. They make men’s and women’s accessories out of various vintage finds.
