The Armoury has become a destination shop in NYC for classic men’s tailoring, but they don’t hold seasonal sales. Every store, however, eventually builds up an inventory of things that didn’t sell from previous seasons. So, once in a blue moon, The Armoury holds sample sales to clear out deadstock.
The next sample sale is happening next week at 28 West 38th Street in NYC. The sale will include stuff from The Armoury, naturally, as well as their associated labels — Ring Jacket, Drake’s, and Drop 93. Again, things will be discounted up to 70%. And you’ll want to bring a credit card, as purchase can only be made with credit cards at the event. Dates and times:
- Thursday, May 3rd and Friday, May 4th from 10am to 8pm
- Saturday, May 5th and Sunday May 6th from 12pm to 7pm
At previous samples sales, attendees have reported seeing a good stock of suits, sport coats, and ties — the sort of things The Armoury is known for — as well as a range of casualwear. Hard to predict the casual stock, however, since that changes seasonally.
